I have only one word for this. Awesome and I would very highly recommend this to any one who is experiencing any type of back, neck or sciatic pain etc. The intensity levels are out of this world.

I have used several tens units over the last 10 years and I've done a lot of research. Therapy TENS 4 is the best TENS unit I've used. The unit is small, device is very user-friendly and most important has a lot of power.

While the devices may appear alike on the outside, the technology inside is not even close. The Therapy TENS Unit 4 delivers significantly stronger, smoother, and deeper pulses, using far more advanced engineering. The cheaper models might win on appearance, but this one wins where it actually matters—in performance, pain relief, and long-term effectiveness.

Therapy TENS 4 has more intensity and power than other tens units I have used. The touch screen is large and easy to use, the pads are high quality, I love the rechargeable battery, up to 10 hours of use in one charge. I would recommend it to anybody.

I’ve tried both the Therapy TENS 4 and another unit that costs $119.40 on another online store, and the difference is night and day. When you hold them, the quality of the Therapy TENS 4 is immediately noticeable—sturdier, better built, and just feels premium.
The $119.40 unit has thin pads that barely stick, wear out quickly, and its wires at the bottom can slip out, shutting the machine off. When you plug them back in, it can even shock you. The screen is overly complicated and confusing, unlike the Therapy TENS 4 which is simple—you just pick a mode and adjust the intensity. On top of that, with the $119.40 unit, calls go to a call center in India.
Finally, the quality of the therapy with the Therapy TENS 4 is far superior, delivering more effective, consistent relief compared to the $119.40 unit.

I tried the butterfly-shaped wireless TENS unit for my lower back, but it wasn’t a great experience. The large pad wore out quickly, and because of its size, it was hard to position it exactly where I needed it. The unit itself felt bulky since the battery is attached to the pad, making it uncomfortable and prone to falling off. It also seemed weaker because of the small battery.
In contrast, the therapy TENS unit worked so much better. You can place the pads exactly where you need them, and it allows you to use four pads at once on different channels. This means you can adjust the intensity—for example, stronger on the lower pads and lighter on the upper ones—which makes a huge difference. The pads also seem to have better conductivity, and the current feels much stronger and more effective.

The problem with other units out there is they don't have enough intensity. They can't work the big muscle groups in your back and neck. Don't waste your time with other units, this unit has all the power you need.
